Orders are shipped within 7 days of placing the order.
During high-demand periods or festivals, processing may take slightly longer; we will notify you in such cases.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Standard shipping is applied to all domestic deliveries.
You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and order size.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
4. Delivery Timeline
Domestic delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
For remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer; we appreciate your patience.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
Use this tracking ID on the courier partner’s website to check your delivery status.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship only within India.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at shakti@bolta.in.
We will initiate a replacement or refund after verifying the shipment details.
8. Order Modifications
Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
9. Packaging
We take care to ensure all products are securely packed.
Any fragile items are specially packaged to prevent damage during transit.
