1. No Refund After Sale
All sales on Bolta.in are final.
We do not offer refunds once the product is purchased, except in cases where the product is damaged during packaging or transit.
Customers are encouraged to check product details carefully before placing an order.Orders can be cancelled in 2 days after order placed.
2. Refund for Damaged Packaging
If your product arrives with damaged packaging, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If the packaging is damaged, contact us within2 days of delivery at shakti@bolta.in with:
Order ID
Photos of the damaged package
Photos of the product inside (if damaged)
3. Refund Process
Once your claim is verified, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take 6 – 8 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, customers may also opt for a replacement product, subject to availability.
Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving a damaged package.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or preference errors
Normal wear and tear or product usage after delivery
Orders damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
